You'd do better with Dubya in the second frame. Dubya pushed through the Patriot Act that nobody read. Adopted the Uniary Executive attitude of making all the decisions without Congress. Ignored utterly the FISA Court, fabricated evidence to send us into Iraq, ignored warnings about Usama, and turned our airports into a mini-prisons.

No. 100% of the blame lies with O'boingo at this point. Bush has been gone five years.
