This juror clears up a lot that the media said but was not true.

(CNN) -- One of the jurors who acquitted George Zimmerman said she had "no doubt" he feared for his life in the final moments of his struggle with Trayvon Martin, and that was the definitive factor in the verdict.

The juror spoke to CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" on Monday night. Her identity was concealed.

She said she believed Zimmerman's "heart was in the right place" the night he killed Martin, but that he didn't use "good judgment" in confronting the Florida teen.

"I think George Zimmerman is a man whose heart was in the right place, but just got displaced by the vandalism in the neighborhoods and wanting to catch these people so badly that he went above and beyond what he really should have done. But I think his heart was in the right place. It just went terribly wrong," she said.

If anything, Zimmerman was guilty of not using "good judgment," the juror said.

"When he was in the car, and he had called 911, he shouldn't have gotten out of that car," she said.

She also said she believes Martin threw the first punch in their confrontation.

So the Juror believe zimmerman was guilty but that it was ok... because his heart was in the right place when he was murdering trayvon.

Trayvon was being stalked and followed in his own neighborhood by some stranger he did not know, who came up to him. If stand your ground law has an application surely trayvon had a right to stand his ground if George was the aggressor.... we can not be sure that is the truth... but we can be sure it was not Zimmerman begging for his life. Of this we can be certain.

you obviously didn't LISTEN to the whole interview. he didn't break the friggin' law. that was what was judged in the case. she said many many times that they all believed it was SELF DEFENSE on Zimmerman's part.

What? I quoted the article? ^^

Anyways I have issue with a juror that can employee double think.

Either he was wrong or he was right but he was not both.

Contrary to what the Juror says Zimmerman did not have any good intentions in his heart when he was murdering Martin.

HE was not the one begging for his life.

.......

YOu know... so many focused on race with this whole trial.... too few focused on age.... Trayvon could barely grow peach fuzz on his scraggly face. Zimmerman being a man of sufficient age should of been able to discern that and handled himself better.... instead he killed a kid. Trayvon was not old enough to vote.

Trayvon was not old enough to vote.

But he was old enough to take drugs ("lean") that made him paranoid and agitated enough to sucker punch a guy and break his nose. Never fool yourself that 17 year olds can't and don't kill people.

you've gotta be sh!tting me. what don't you get about Trayvon being the one on top of Zimmerman pounding the crap out of him? Zimmerman was on his way back to his car when Trayvon attacked him. there is nothing illegal about following someone, btw. do you understand the law in this case? there was no proof by the prosecution that it was anything but self defense on Zimmerman's part.

People are guilty of bad judgment every frickin' day......that doesn't mean they are breaking the law. However, bad judgment can lead people to break the law. Trayvon may not have been old enough to vote but he was old enough for assault. The assault based on the assumption that the "creepy ass cracker" was unarmed was bad judgment on his part that led to his death.

How would GZ know how old he was? Did Trayvon show his ID? Btw, you've got things assbackwards. GZ was a homeowner in that complex. Martin wasn't. He had just moved there from miami after getting suspended from school for the 2nd time in 6 months. The boy couldn't keep his shit together and got dumped in his father's girlfriend's lap by his parents.
