Objectively, the past few months have been extremely costly for Marco Rubio’s reputation.

He now has a record of directly and repeatedly lying to major Talk Show hosts about the contents of the Amnesty/Immigration Acceleration Bill, along the way turning in such shockingly weak performances from a narrowly technical point of view that professional observers began to question his intellectual capability and sagacity. Also of telling Spanish speakers a different story from the dumb Anglos. And of course there is the matter of his total betrayal of his supporters.

Perhaps this does not matter Rubio. His behavior has earned him $3 million.

In the second quarter of 2013, Rubio brought in $3 million - up 31% from his haul in the first three months of the year, according to a source familiar with his financial reports.

That brings Rubio's cash on hand to nearly $3 million

Remember, Rubio is unfortunately not up for re election until 2016!

This highlights once again the key factor in the 2013 Amnesty/Immigration Acceleration campaign: the huge amounts of money Treason Lobby agents are offering the Republicans to sell out.

They are literally bribing their way into a new country.

Rubio's particular constituency is the Cuban community in Florida; those Hispanics, being regarded uniquely as escapees from Communism, were allowed in and allowed to stay and allowed to get drivers license and work permits and everything else, and fast-tracked for naturalization, under unique dispensations not shown to any other Western Hemisphere nationality. The Cubans have privileges and immunities never granted to Mexicans or Salvadorans or Brazilians, just because they supposedly fled Castro (that some of them had been part of the incredibly corrupt Batista regime or involved in crime in Cuba didn't matter).

So, while Rubio talks sweetly to his Cuban demographic in Florida, he is proposing tougher terms for Mexicans and everyone else from South of the border.

What are those "tougher terms" pray tell?

Btw, Cubans - not the low life criminals and degenerates that Carter got suckered into letting into America - fled from Castro and Communism.

As a leftie you may be a fellow traveler with Communism, but to those whose ancestors lived under Communism, it is an evil bar none.

So giving refuge to Cubans fleeing Communism as opposed to Mexicans who come to America for perks, better known as a "better life on US middle class taxpayers' dime," is a different kettle of fish entirely, imo.

Rubio is a sell out to the corporate lobby that use illegals as cleaners in their hotels and servers in their restaurants and have the US taxpayer provide the illegals with social welfare, medical, and education benefits. Rubio and the corporate lobbies should pay back taxes for the cost to support illegals.

Rubio is doing what's best for Rubio. The Cubans aren't his primary concern because he thinks he's got a chance to become President in 2016. He's too stupid to know better.

This is what Rubio claims is his plan for the Mexicans:

"No federal benefits, no food stamps, no welfare, no Obamacare. They have to prove they’re gainfully employed. They have to be able to support themselves, so they’ll never become a public charge.”

That's pure, unmitigated bullshit. The Mexicans already get all that, and Rubio's bill will do nothing to stop it. In fact, with legal status, they'll get even more benefits. And under the Rubio Plan, there will be even more Mexicans. Rubio is a liar and an idiot.

So, please tell me what you think are the "tough terms" that the Mexicans are going to have to deal with.
