In case you do not know Jenifer Tharp is a DA in Comal County. Jack Robinson is a judge in a district presiding over comal. Both are guilty of depriving Justin Carter his right to liberty.

Both over stepped their authority and used their power of office to commit the worst crime the state can commit short of murder.... and some of us would argue that death might be preferable to their second worst crime. That is the theft of an innocent mans freedom. Better that 100 guilty men go free than one innocent man be incarcerated.

Justin Carter is innocent. It is clearly obvious. Jenifer Tharp and Jack Robinson either do not care about the clear letter and intent of the law ... or they are ignorant of it. Either way their actions have resulted in making a victim of one of the citizens.

They need to be brought up on charges for their part in depriving an innocent citizen of liberty.

This needs to happen lest the system feel empowered to do this again.

We want to fight tyranny? Getting these two criminals charged and arrested for their crimes would be an awesome blow to the comal county corruption.

When three bone-heads collide...two with the power of the state, and the other with neither the means nor the motive to execute his "terroristic threat."

Life is hard, it's harder if you're stupid. Here's what the innocent hero said:
"I think Ima shoot up a kindergarten / And watch the blood of the innocent rain down/ And eat the beating heart of one of them," Justin commented.

I'm not taking to the streets for someone who is at least terminally stupid. Out of context???

Thats right freespeech hater.

You are not printing what came before or after and have put that out of context and even so as those words stand.. No school is named no people are named it is followed with a lol and JK and is obvious sarcasm and if you can clearly see that upon first reading then maybe your own intellect should be re-examined.

Beside I doubt anything would make you take to the streets hmmmm... you strike me as the type that likes to sit at home and bitch online.

There is no basis in the story you posted or elsewhere to your claims of JK or LOL, not that it's relevant. You're messed up in the head, how's that for context?

If you support the arrest of someone who named no individual or place IE no target specifically, nor with any real spesificicity ... then you sir are a hater of freespeech.

Boo hoo he said something nasty. You deal with it like a grown up you do not pay a canadian 2000 us dollars for the crime tip and arrest an innocent man.

Thats wrong.

You want to deny him his right to free speech? Maybe you should move somewhere else.

Your beef isn't with the prosecutor or the judge, it is with the law, duly passed. Fed or Texas 22.07 take your beef to Austin and DC. While I find the law repugnant, I and most here with a modicum of muscle control have little to fear from it, you on the other hand, not so much.

You're messed up in the head!
