Am adding Fed Res banking mogul, Goldman Sachs, to the list as a very likely bidder due to its Aluminum market manipulation interests and the Aluminum linkage with HAARP. Am also including Fed Res banking mogul, JP Morgan Chase & Co., in the list of possible bidders to buy HAARP, since some discussion of recent news about it suggested there was maybe gold heist shenanigans of some sort happening there, similar to the 9/11 WTC gold issue:
