IIRC I have seen it, occasionally, in the Grocery Outlet stores in Oregon and Washington. Not frequently though. Lots of Ben & Jerry's though. The best I've had was an Organic Vanilla Bean sweetened with honey and real cane sugar. It is a female name, but it is eluding me right at the moment. Pricey stuff though - $5 a pint at WholePaycheck, but I buy it from the Grocery Outlet, when they have it, for about half that.
