Haven't watched the entire video yet and am unsure why he was saying "trillions" instead of "billions" at 3:45:00-3:47:30 but, other than that bit of confusion for me, it's been very educational. Haven't checked his website yet either but so far it sounds from his presentation like he'd be a super President for Constitutionalists. When he was done being our President, I think he'd be a fine Secretary of the Treasury.

He was correct. In speaking he paraphrased the text. 2,635.5 Billion = 2.6355 Trillion
