He's nowhere near as bad as these guys. IIRC, it's illegal in Los Angeles to use a leaf blower without a muffler, but beaners do whatever they please.

My leaf blower has a muffler on it but it's loud and I wouldn't even think of running it early in the morning. I try to be considerate of others.
