It doesn’t break down in heat or light and become rancid like many oils,

It's great stuff, but it will go bad. In time it will turn from clear to a yellow color.

One of my Cardiologists recommended using Coconut Oil. I have begun cooking with it but have yet to add it as a supplement. I guess I'll have to. It is no more expensive than a lot of the other supplements I take.

Pomegranate Juice is another "go to". I was just reading the results of a study wherein one group was giving a daily ration of Pom. Juice and the other was not. After a year's time the group on the Pom. experienced a 30% decrease in arterial plaque build-up and the other group a 9% increase.
