We need to get back to 100% household gun ownership.

I believe that the true %age to be higher than 43 due to sites like TexasGunTrader.com where private transactions happen who knows how many times a day.

I know in my immediate family the %ages break down as follows: 60% have firearms, 40% do not. However, had I not provided a firearm to one of my sisters, the %ages would be the exact opposite. On the road, on which I reside, the %ages are much higher; if not 100%, I'd be surprised. I'm certain that even the old widows on the road have, at least, one gun in their home. Needless to say, I live in a rural area, but I'm fairly certain the city dwellers are little more than sitting ducks with fewer than one in ten having a firearm.
