As always, the man with the gun calls the shots. That is what we have become. I have seen active duty soldiers taken away in chains and irons, to be thrown into the heat of battle, their CRIME???? They refused to kill or be killed. Ike shot one such young man. The man at the top of the empire kills a man at the very bottom because he did not want to kill or be killed. The gun and the noose are very persuasive.

You can shoot one such young man, and perhaps remain satisfied that you've established an effective object lesson for others. However, when you shoot scores or hundreds, you're standing at the edge of revolt. When the PTB lose credibility and/or legitimacy, there's a law of diminishing returns in the threat of naked force. It appears that we are rapidly approaching that point. Know guns, know safety, know liberty. No guns, no safety, no liberty.
True. Militarys with iron discipline in the past, have proven that shooting or hanging men by large numbers, does however have a stiffening effect on the common soldier. In our case, it took the authority of a five star commander to enforce one shooting. The Russians were shot by the hundreds by low ranking officers. In battle, during a charge, small special units followed close behind, shooting anyone that appeared to be lagging behind. The German army was not much better, in the latter months of the war, they shot or hung hundreds of men on sight. In fact the internet is populated with photos of such. A German friend of mine told of how he survived his own army by using his wits and a friend in a HQ unit. The secret of survival was always to have ORDERS that covered your travel. During last months of war in Germany, lines of battle and travel was east to west. He always had orders that made sure his travel was north-south, making such almost impossible. His orders were that on a certain date he was to return north if he did not reach his destination. He did that successfully for the last six months of the war.
