9-11 was perpetrated by the Israelis to get the U.S. involved in a war against the Arabs. NORAD controlled the planes that flew into the Twin Towers. No one is sure just who was at the controls of the AWACS aircraft that flew those planes into the buildings, but it could not have been anyone who was friendly to the U.S. 9-11 was an administrative coup d'état.
