The best way to get rid of the illegals is to declare war against some other country. The illegals would be subject to service in the armed forces. The trouble with that is the U.S. gave up its right to declare war when it joined the U.N. See Article Seven of the U.N. Charter for more details. ;)

This is true. The Constitution is the law of the land. Recall, when they first wrote the Constitution, several of the new prospective States refused to sign without a Bill of Rights.
