PROVIDENCE, RI (CBS) – Some students at Brown University are ditching their clothes for a week to celebrate nudity. Nudity in the Upspace includes nude open mic nights, yoga classes, body painting, a discussion forum and other nude student performances and events. The discussion forum is described as “an open and honest discussion about power, privilege, race, class, gender, ability, and other isms how they intersect with nudity, body image, nudity in relation to (de)sexuality, etc.” Becca Wolinsky and Camila Pacheco-Fores, both juniors at the Ivy League school, are coordinating the week-long series of events. They say their hope is to promote education and a positive experience. “It’s mostly the idea of talking about and addressing things that people don’t ‘normally’ address and that can be stigmatized,” Pacheco-Fores told the Brown Daily Herald. “I hope that people will laugh when it’s funny and feel moved when that is appropriate. I hope that people will come out of the experience feeling empowered and feeling that bodies and people are beautiful whether naked or clothed.” No phones, cameras or bags will be allowed at the events. I stopped in there once when I was a salesman on the road ... there were only 2 people there (the owner in a wheel chair) and his woman (both naked). It was winter time ... But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Bastiat

I went to a nudist camp in NJ with a friend a few times back in our late teems. Yes, we joined for a thrill. Except any normal looking female from teens to 40 were missing. Same for the nudie beach at Sandy hook. Think naked Walmart. Or a naked Weight Watchers meeting.
