Pamplona it's not.

That Pamplona spectacle always bothered me; those cobblestone streets are smooth and slick; I imagine many of those frenzied bulls slip and fall - quite possibly breaking their teeth, maybe shredding their kneecaps. Probably a lot of the aficionados don't care, though, because picadors and matadors are going to do their own heroic deeds. I hate the exploitation of animals for the pleasure of humans....I'm old enough to remember when cowboy movies did not include the horse falling down; now, it's imperative.

True dat. But I wouldn't go to Pamploma to watch those bulls being mistreated even if someone gave me a first class ticket on one of the country's finest flying cattle cars.

Agree, I get no pleasure from seeing animals mis-treated for "sporting" purposes.

I think it offends God when people are cruel to the animals who are also a part of his Creation.
