The irony of Jesse Ventura calling for a new “American Revolution” in a conversation with Brit Piers Morgan is not lost on us but the former Governor of Minnesota asks some awkwardly open questions in this ‘colorful’ interview. Ventura asked if the government’s shut down, “That should mean we shouldn’t have to pay any taxes, right?” He called for another American revolution to push back against the “corrupt system” created by Democrats and Republicans in Washington. He told Morgan the two-party system has legalized “bribery” for access, suggesting he’s fed up enough to actually run for president in 2016. Ventura called both parties “gangs,” and Morgan admitted he had to agree, adding that they’re “overpaid, underworked children!” The discussion then veers from Obamacare, Ventura’s run for President, and the JFK conspiracy.

If olde Jesse would vow not to do a swan dive like Ron Paul, I would register and vote one more time.

I been here since FDR and recall NO competent president, NONE. In their defense, I would say that the average voter is not competent to vote. On average, most voters are not too bright, in that they actually believe they have a choice. Three hundred million people and I get a choice of TWO?????

I posted the other day that the Soviets were even more blatant, they had one candidate, one choice, that way the "intelligent voters" could not be confused.
Darn good point. Why don't we have multiple political parties and multiple candidates, they should really? have to work for their votes. The two- party scam is too easy for the DeeCee scum: it's an either-or proposition and 'they' win every four years, despite The People thinking that they made a difference when they cast their ballots.

You and me bofe. Jesse is one of the few who has figured out the rigged system. I don't think he'd stand a chance but I'd like to see him give it a try. I vaguely recall an interview long ago where he stated that the system is rigged against a 'third' party candidate at the national level. Ask Ross Perot. I'd support Ventura's candidacy for potus.
