I was initially pleased with this and was going to title this story 'Congress passes resolution to allow religious services on military bases during shutdown.' But once I saw the actual 'toothless' resolution and reading the background of its' proponent, I am a bit more cynical. I don't think we need 'permission' from this corrupt, filthy, murderous government to practice our faith. The proponent of this measure is part of the problem. Immediately after entering CONgress, he wrote "As one of our closest allies and friends, Israel should know the United States will always do its part to ensure Israelis are never put in harms way," and that United States and Israel must "be fully equipped" to "defend our nations from both military style attacks as well as cyber warfare."
