My sister went on vacation i Thailand

In regards to healthcare, many of their physicians & dentists are western trained. My dentist here in TX has assisted in training some Thais. English is spoken and understood in all the major facilities. The cost is one third or less of what it would be here.

Large portions of the country are still third world, for sure. And will remain so for the foreseeable future.

But it is an alternative for someone looking to escape obamacare. And the banks in neighboring Singapore are developing a reputation for thumbing their noses at the irs.
