This was a “State” border crossing from Nevada into CA. I’m not willing to be stopped and questioned on our highways. We finally just drove away. We were not chased down or arrested. Thanks to my wonderful wife Sondra for her support and for boldly filming.

This is the Long Valley Agriculture Check station on 395N. 10/05/12 at around 3PM – We the people must rid ourselves of this tyranny by refusing to cooperate.

We’re working our way home to Washington after a month long trip with my family and my brother working on new pictorials and our new film, PHOTOGRAPHICS.

ive actually been to that checkpoint. something on the bill of lading wasnt specified & they needed more details (a fax from the shipper) so they didnt llet us proceed. but the folks were actually pretty cool about it. i told him we needed to eat & the officer replied theres a good pizza joint /pub down the road. Lmao! a commercial driver would go to prison if he went into a bar. he said we could drop the trailer & bobtail out if i want. but the fax arrived & we were on our way. furthermore, i am not certain that agriculture checkpoint stations are "unconstitutional". they simply want to know if youre transporting certain products across state lines.

I've been thru those immigration checkpoints in NM and AZ. All you do is turn on the lights in the cab so they can see that you are alone, and it's cool. ;)
