Poster Comment: Ultimately this "man" will prevail. This vid was posted at The Blaze, Glenn Beck's website. The comments were very interesting. Most people supported this man and his position, some commenting that he was probably the only FREE MAN that they had ever seen. He hasn't joined the FICTION called "this state."

A guy with a hat on during a court session! That's a remarkable happening in itself. I've only seen that in my area for a lawyer who wears a yarmulke.

I heard about this event while smoking a cig in my car listening to Glenn Beck on the radio. He and the laughing hyenas on his program were satisfied to make fun of the guys appearance ... instead of learning from his example and words.

That guy ain't no faker ... and he has NO RESPECT for the fraud we call "courts" today. I was surprised he didn't ask the witch behind the bench how she got around the gold clause in the constitution after having (allegedly) taken an oath to uphold and support it. I've met a coulpe of guys in town here who are as sharp as this guy. But they spend so much of their time thinking about, doing research and writing / filing paperwork on behalf of their cases that they really don't have time for anything else. And what's worse, as a result of their actions, the good old boy network has pretty much blackballed them from obtaining gainful employment in their professions. No, he won't. The State will get it's pound of flesh from this Man and make an example out of him for standing up to the State. He may be right but too many people have a vested interest in the State and it's corrupt system for him to skate out of court, that would set off a stampede of revolt in courtrooms across the land. Now, just where would we get with unfettered revolution against the State?? :)
