I am trying to watch a foreign language movie on YouTube. It says to click on the CC button at the bottom of the screen to get English and other language subtitles. I click and I click. I right click. And still nothing. What in hell do I have to do? Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry I can't help you, but if you don't take the opportunity to watch "The Dinner Game" in VLC player. (right click choose fullscreen: rightclick choose subtitles: english). You are missing out on the time of your life.

A box should popup at the bottom right corner of the video when you left-click on the CC icon. At the left corner of the bottom line in that box, click the "On" option if the default is set to "Off". If that doesn't work, maybe the poster disabled the CC option because YouTube's auto-translations are often inaccurate.
