There it is. The next question is: why is America on Israel's side???? However, because of Israel’s sin and disobedience, God would eventually allow Israel to be overrun and conquered by several hostile enemies. If God was not unconditionally on Israel’s side, what makes us think God is unconditionally on America’s side?

I think Christ would exhalt people over nations. These nations they come and go but gods love for his truly chosen lasts eternal. And god chooses all that choose him so it's good.
