Pope Francis issued his first official writing, an 84-page document known as an apostolic exhortation, on Sunday Nov. 24th. "Evangelii Gaudium" (On The Proclamation of the Gospel In Today's World), is comprised of 288 short paragraphs. The Pope described the document as an "invitation to a new phase of evangelization."
