While he did not directly cite Clinton, he emphasized the importance of a candidates policies rather than simply taking huge campaign contributions from the wealthy and powerful. It seems to me it would be a real disgrace where those issues the needs of working families, the needs of the middle class, the needs of the elderly were not front and center, Sanders said on MSNBC on Monday. What I have said is that candidate is needed and if somebody else doesnt step up, I am prepared to do it. Poster Comment: I posted this because, personally, I like Bernie Sanders. I don't agree with him on everything but feel we have more in common, than not. This story was linked on Drudge, under the title "Socialist senator 'prepared' to run for president in 2016..." but the article, itself, is entitled "Sanders: Im Prepared to Run in 2016". For some reason, it seemed important to point that out, I'm certain you can draw your own conclusions. Now, before jumping to your keyboards to call the Independent Senator from Vermont a Socialist or a Democrat, I hope you can find some time to watch the following sampling of speeches he has given and, maybe, you'll find a lot to like about Bernie.
