Amazing ain't it ? The 1909 "Corporations" Tax defined "income" as a profit or gain from a capital investment. Wages have NEVER been income. However, after watching some pretty great minds get their asses handed to them in the kangaroo tax courts for many years it's become obvious to me that the standard "patriot" defenses are irrelevant, frivolous, and even ridiculous not only because they don't work but because the current system attacks all usage of available funds. In other words every dollar is taxed rather than there being certain privileged subjects of the tax. It's my firm belief that what we call the income tax is in reality a use tax for using the FED'S (FED RESERVE) currency and credit. EDIT: I wanted to add that people like Joe Bannister and that lawyer who hosted an RBN radio program as well as Larry Becraft may or may not be plants purposed to keep people applying irrelevant arguments to their own detriment. Jury trials afford the attorneys opportunity to influence the jury while also allowing judges the discretion to allow or prevent evidence for evaluation. Frankly, I don't trust any of the above named parties, all of which are either lawyers or "former" government drones.
