What is Garlic Good For?

Black beans and rice. And lots of other things. One of the best seasonings you can have for almost any kind of meat is what we call green seasoning. Doesn't start out green, it's actually about as white as snow when you first make it but it turns green. And the ingredients are onions, sea salt and garlic. Mmmmm, good stuff! And you don't have to refrigerate it either.
