Very odd considering how many bagel-sniffers were involved in the ANC and Mandela's life. Perhaps he's just being a pragmatic Zio and see's no financial or public relations benefit to justify the cost of going there. Although, I would think that he wouldn't pass up an opportunity to personally remind the gathering of POTUS's of their continuing obligation/duty to Israel.
