Hey, Joel and Josh here, and over the next few days we're going to give you a complete Step-by-Step plan to get bona fide FAT. Yes, that's right, just follow these 5 steps and you're bound to gain weight like clockwork, over and over again! Step 1 to Get Fat (Guaranteed) - Have "Good Intentions", But No Plan

They wake up late and are pressed for time... only time for cereal, or even worse, a bagel. Or maybe they skip breakfast entirely and then are tempted by the donuts in the company lounge... it's really easy to give in to temptation when you're hungry, isn't it?

They get invited out for dinner and drinks, and of course, they cave to the peer pressure. One too many cocktails and that pizza just looks too good to resist. Either that or they don't truly understand how to eat healthy while out to eat (it's actually very easy when you know what to look for, and what to avoid).

Why does this happen? Simple. While these good folks really wanted to change, they didn't develop a true plan to make change happen. They were unprepared, and perhaps you're guilty of this one, too.

Fail to plan and plan to fail. Cliché, but all too true.

Fact is, if you truly want see RESULTS from your "good intentions", you must have a plan, and you must be prepared. Even more, the plan must be:

1. Practical and Easy-to-Follow - If the plan is too cumbersome, confusing in the way it's laid out, or too difficult to follow, you won't follow through and you'll give up... sooner rather than later.

2. Convenient - Let's face it, anything that requires loads of time and preparation isn't going to work for you and your busy schedule. The plan must be convenient and require as little time as possible to implement.

3. Based On Science - Just because a plan is convenient, doesn't mean it's good for you or based on scientific principles that work.
