Yes.

I would suggest a qualified no. We are however, close to the edge and the consequent fall of a long night of murder, theft, and horror for a majority of humanity. The total failure and rejection of Obamacide via Nashunal Hellthcare is one sign of resistance, and there are others cropping up. Whether it will be enough to hold back the fall of darkness and the deaths of billions is not yet decided.

Think about it.

If we DO NOT have a police state, how does it happen that mere words from a mans mouth can get them locked away for many years with no recourse?????

Writing on a piece of paper, posting on a forum can get you locked away, swiftly and surely.

I beg to differ with you. I knew this country from long ago when we did have freedom of speech.

We now have a police state. To test that assertion, you know as well as I, how easy it is to prove it to your own demise and satisfaction.

And I would still disagree. Yes, we ARE very close, but the psychotic criminals who have sought to enslave us are facing greater and greater resistance to their foul designs. And the case you refer to, in the South, is still something of an aberration. It is not yet an accepted norm. And neither am I arguing that it is a certain thing that we can still escape their grip; and the iron boot they desire to crush down on the face of the huddled in fear remnants of humanity forever.

There are still some wildcards in the deck and I am not yet ready to argue that we are done nor to "roll over and play dead".
