It’s a mystery how there was no one was on board to monitor sea ice activity and that no one saw it coming. Going deer hunting in Chinkernese boots sold at Walmart (what does a chinaman know about hunting boots?) and using sub-standard hunting gear will make for a miserable deer hunt: the Antarctic party-barge is just that times eleventy- billion. Wait until they get handed a $$$$$$$$$ bill from the various government agencies who have to rescue their naïve butts, they'll be butt-hurt for sure......
