Though one must be careful to get the right oil, since it ha been discovered that cheap oils have been cut with canola oil, which is a hydrogenated oil. Canola oil is a modified rapeseed oil. Rapeseed oil is NOT healthy to consume. When I lived in Illinois, I worked Security at a club named Julie's. They cooked their French Fries in Canola oil. Not true because of danger of iron overload. Also probably olive oil is ruined by cooking with it.
Still I would rather cook with Olive oil than Canola oil.
