US sanctions against Iran stems from the Islamic Republic’s independent policies and pressure from the powerful pro-Israel lobby in the United States, a political commentator says. Following Iran’s Islamic Revolution in 1979, the United States imposed sanctions against Iran and has further expanded them several times. On Thursday, the Obama administration penalized nearly three dozen companies and individuals in eight countries, accusing them of evading its unilateral Iranian sanctions. “There’s been a lot of hostility towards Iran because it’s trying to be an independent country and pursue policies that are in its interest instead of in the interest of the United States,” said Edward Corrigan, a journalist and international lawyer in Ontario, Canada. “But it’s the power of the Zionist lobby that’s really behind this,” Corrigan told Press TV on Sunday. The Zionist lobby “almost controls the funding of candidates, they’re very powerful, they have a lot of influence in the media and there’s nothing that counterbalances that,” he added. In November, the US and Europe offered Tehran modest sanctions relief in return for Iran taking steps to limit its peaceful nuclear program. The deal called for negotiation of a full agreement within a year. Many members of the US Congress and Israel have denounced the agreement, arguing that the easing of sanctions disproportionately favored Iran. Bolshevik Jews through administrative ineptitude brought down the Soviet Union but this kind of history is not taught in American schools because it would be anti-Semetic so Joe six-pack is oblivious to the perils of Jew control. While Putin was "selected" by Soviet Jews he turned the tables on them and made sure Russian resources were used on behalf of Russians rather than Israel. Remains to be seen if Obama will redeem himself and do the same despite being the Jews' chosen. Good to see someone else is catching on despite it being preposterous but you only have to look at the names of who heads the national and finance committees of Democrats and Republicans. Media hacks won't report this Jew control because the huge sums raised in political campaigns go into advertising which pays their salaries. I've said before that that the real enemies in the U.S. are the Zionists and the Neocons. Nothing has changed. Obama is the chosen of the Rothschild's to bring down America. I hear also that the White House staff is appalled at the antics of the First Family. Why should they not be appalled? ;)
