OK, but if you have a birth certificate and drivers license, they are still using your fictional identity on them. This is a fact. Nothing you do except filing a Security Agreement with the Secretary of State of your State will do anything to control that fiction of law. This makes you the Secured Party and your claim takes priority over all others.
