It wouldn't be surprising if the NSA knew exactly where the plane is, but is staying quiet because saying so would compromise supposed US security by divulging info gathering ability. That there are 3 US citizens missing with the plane matters not.

100-300 years ahead of where we are today? That's not believable. I'm sure there is some truth in what he says, but that's a bit over the top. If the tech was that far ahead, I would expect it to be exploited by marketing to the public, as it would be a very valuable asset. Those connected to such tech in about any way could personally profit by it. Power corrupts, and all that.
