SARATOGA SPRINGS - Nearly 1,000 gun registration forms were burned in Saratoga Springs.
NewsChannel 13s media partners at the Post Star report the event was a symbolic protest against the Safe Act.
The registration forms burned are supposed to be for people to register firearms with State Police. The deadline for that is April 15th.
People at the protest said they're opposed to the registration because they believe it leads to confiscation.
