31 - According to your results, you have a slight tendency to procrastinate. If you are generally happy with the quality of your work and the results that you get, there is no need to change. If, however, you tend to experience anxiety or stress on those occasions when you do procrastinate, then there may be an issue that you are not dealing with.

Overall results

According to your results, you are somewhat of a procrastinator. Your score indicates that you either procrastinate significantly in a specific area (or areas) of your life, or are a moderate procrastinator overall. Whatever the case may be, this can become a serious problem.

At 67, it's a bit late in the game to worry about, or do anything, about it.
