Aluminium and its compounds can be explained when we look at the jet fuel additives. Many of them contain aluminium, barium and other chemicals to advance the properties of the jet fuel. That's why we can find these chemicals on places where chemtrails are seen frequently. Just search for your own - fuel dumping, jet fuel additives, chemtrails debunked...

HAARP actually has a potential for making earthquakes, but this potential is so small that we do not have to worry about it.
