I have a 1999 Chevy Lumina my father gave to me in his will (which replaced my POS Ford van, which went to the junkyard because I didn't want to replace the rack-and-pinion, which was gushing power-steering fluid). The water pump and the thermostat went out at the same time, and the belt needed to be replaced. So I took the old belt off, changed the water pump, replaced the thermostat, put the new belt on, and put in fresh antifreeze. Now it again runs like a champ.
Turtle is amazing and and can do anything!
Oh, yeah, the fuel pressure regulator went out a few months ago, and I changed that, too. It was leaking a little bit of gas.
Cynicom is jealous of me.
