There's only one enemy and that's our acceptance of FRAUD. While all fraud is anathema, the fiat banking system is the world's #1 enemy. The central banks are able to fund unlimited evil against the people of the world because they are capable of creating money out of thin air every time they need another tank or bomber to kill us with and the good part is you are paying the freight.

The central bankers own the legislators and have them create laws that protect them against legal action for frauds they commit. The unlimited funds allow for propaganda fueled so-called elections that they own and can rig to their hearts content. And again, you finance their fraud.

Worse yet, whenever you or I participate in any of their fraud we opt out of our constitutional republic and become (Social Security) Card Carrying Members of a socialist democracy.

When we opt out of the Constitutional Republic we leave the protections provided by it and enter the world of contracts. The facts of Constitutional absence are obvious yet most Americans still believe they are protected by it and ignore the massive evidence to the contrary.

All I can say at this point is that if we're incapable of rejecting frauds we are undoubtedly going to suffer the consequences. Anyone that remains loyal to a system that fully intends to destroy us and our country is either too dim to remain free or too fearful to resist the banker bullies that kill women and children for profit while keeping the remaining 7 billion morons under their fiat thumb.

When we opt out of the Constitutional Republic we leave the protections provided by it and enter the world of contracts.

There's no "Opt Out Clause" in the Constitution that I know of, other than canceling citizenship. Contracts aren't exempt from Constitutional Law. Any outside of it are invalid and lawfully unenforceable.

US House Majority Speaker John Boehner wants to move forward with filing a lawsuit against the President for unlawful unchecked Presidential powers. See here http://www.politico.com/story/20...esident-obama-108298.html

While watching Fox News this morning, there was a speaking panel discussing Boehners move to sue the President. One of the members of Congress actually said something worth noting here. He said that Boehners move to sue would be pointless as Congress should be using their own muscle to enforce the laws but Congress won't do anything because since over 200 years ago, Congress never resumed their sessions to do their job. When I heard this my ears pricked up, because what this Congressman was saying to the people was that, the Constitution was suspended in 1861 by then Abraham Lincoln, who was the first one to draft up a Presidential E.O. which was to suspend the Constitution during which war was present. Because of this E.O., which Lincoln took under advisement by his close advisors (which I believe intentionally had him killed for the purpose of ridding of the Constitution) and Congress never resuming their sessions to re-instate the Constitution, to this very day, all Congressmembers are aware that this constitution is dead to the letter and that is why those like Obama can just do carte blanch E.O. and P.D.D.s without Congressional approval.

We don't live under a democracy (under a republic). This country has been run by mob dictatorship!

Honestly, I'm weary of trying to determine what the law actually is ??? It doesn't matter - people are being screwed royally by a gang of psychos ... so, if they (psychos) don't care to operate lawfully why should we be concerned with the "so-called" law ?

I agree with you on the law being flouted and no solutions — even stern reminders and protests. Someday I would like us to get back to being a nation of laws and not men, so it's worth knowing what was supposed to be. Trying to protect the law with more laws is also a mistake. The NRA's various efforts come to mind.

We need more cynicism, not less.

As a friend of mine repeats constantly via e-mail "people are looking for a political solution when the solution is commercial."

Until we reject the current monetary fraud the courts have to rule according to commercial law and the Constitution gathers dust.

Life should be a simple matter that has become so complicated that most people have lost sight of its beauty because they're staring at some form required under the systems fraud.

Having spent 30 years trying to discover the truth as it relates to freedom and life itself I have determined that two words sum up my position with respect to the system and its courts, agencies and offices ... those two words are "fuck you" !

I totally admire your stance. The benefit however is not for us personally, I don't think, except to maybe get us off the treadmill to do what God raised us up to do: preach the gospel and the Kingdom of God [ http://biblehub.com/revelation/5-10.htm ], and to heal a hurting world. At least that is what I think is meant by God saying to take back their ill-gotten gain and consecrate it to the LORD. Until such time as we do away with money completely, the money the elite stole from us can be put into a trust "consecrated to the Lord". [I have read that the CONstitution was a religious trust (and it made perfect sense), and it was not Christian. I believe it was Satan's plan to transfer the Kingdom of God and everything in it to himself (Ezekiel 17:7-10/Matthew 15:13). That's why I think their ill-gotten gain needs to be taken back, LIKE GOD SAID, and transferred back into a trust FOR GOD. I wonder if the First Virginia Charter was a trust. The Bible says we will come out of bondage as well, "with much substance, and "consecrate it to the LORD"; those are God's words. Unlike the Israelites, we are not to build golden calves [can be metaphor for whatever we worship; cars, diamonds, "stuff"], but to take back the "stuff" they stole from us and do good with it, and not to leave America out of the healing....

Years back, I didn't know how this applied to America, but as ghost towns have sprung up over the land, due to the bankster policies to destroy us, it has become increasingly clear. My daughter and I were discussing this the other day. She was watching something called "Detroipia" or something and she was saying how it was not just Detroit, but happening all over the country. I would have to look up "world", but I suspect when used in the Bible like that, it was the same "world" [kosmos, which means constitution, government, order of things] that Jesus used when He said His Kingdom was "not of this world". The reason being He had come to turn their world order upside down and supplant it with HIS NEW World Order. I want to be a part of that, as His servant.

I rather like the method of calling in all the monies associated with the Cestui Que Trust, and then collapsing the trust. That way you take back "their" loot for God, and they can't use it anymore for their nefarious deeds.

And, you can't envision the punji stick-lined pits that will await any who attempt to translate "God's Trust account balance" into real world uses for the loot?

And, by what precedent could taxes paid by citizens who are atheists or simply adherents to disagreeable sects of "Judeo-Christianity" be lawfully (constitutionally) dedicated to "proper religious purposes"?

If I decide where the munny is spent and you disagree then you either have veto power (and no consensus will ever be reached) or you don't (which is taxation without representation) as your taxes are spent on religious tasks which you're not allowed to influence or even question.

I suspect that in your ideal nation everyone shares the same beliefs, and that cannot happen without a govt of compulsory political intercourse. And if your people are empowered to disenfranchise those who disagree then that would make them my enemy before the second reading of any such proposal.
