This was written by someone who advocates the US should be throwing it's weight around and continuing it's world empire role.
Nevertheless, there were some valid points.
Severely compromised. Interleaved with ditto head nonsense like "Obamanation" and fearsome Zionist chatter like "Islamic caliphate" and Military Industrial Complexisms like "Our nation once the world’s super power, has been minimized on the world’s stage and is neither respected nor feared." The battle for America's soul is between those who see our power as geographically unrestricted, and those define our borders as the most important security area. We should want to be respected by the world, and sought as a trading partner. All else is where we are: on the road through hell and back.
