On 5/20/2014, a spokesman for Paul McCartney announced he is going to cancel all the rests of the shows in Japan. The illness is described as “inflammation by virus”, but none of the details are stated.
He postponed the shows of 5/17 and 5/18, but decided to cancel them, the show on 5/21 of Tokyo National Stadium and 5/24 of Nagai Stadium.
His physical condition hasn’t been improved and doctors ordered to focus on resting.

On 6/9/2014, it is announced on his website that he is going to postpone the concerts scheduled this June in America to October.
Paul states, “I’m sorry but it’s going to be a few more weeks before we get rocking in America again.”.
The detailed symptoms are not explained.
He cancelled all the concerts in Japan and South Korea. Originally he was supposed to start the American tour from Lubbock, TX on 6/14/2014, but all the concerts from 6/14 to 6/26/2014 will be rescheduled to October.
