Start by convincing people to care. If they don't care no amount of exposure will be of any use. For example hardly anyone gives a flip about the words and purpose of the US constitution. As a result we have this incarnation of a government. If people cared about constitutional adherence we wouldn't even have an IRS or federal reserve.
