Pending Constitutional Convention. 3 More States Needed! Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. Forwarded By Erasmus Of America. (1776 – Birth Of America Based Upon God And The Bible)

Subject: Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal
Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them.
To:

This legislation, if
passed, would appear to solve a lot of our problems in Washington.
I’m glad to pass it on.

Governors of 35 states have filed suit
against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It
only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass
it on. This is an idea that we should address.

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress.
Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the
same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves
from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear
of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live
under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare
Reform that passed … in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn’t seem
logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don’t care
if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever . The
self-serving must stop.

If each person that receives this will forward it on to 15 people, in three
days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.
This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: “Congress
shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that
does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and,
Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or
Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United
States …”

COMMENT FROM ERASMUS.
HAVE OMNI LAW ADDED TO PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION AGENDA AND ANY
NEW NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CREATED BY RATIFICATION OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE CAN
BE TRUSTED BY THE  PEOPLE TO BE AN HONEST NATIONAL GOVERNMENT,
RESPECTS THE RIGHTS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, AND WILL HELP TO FAST BOOM THE
ECONOMY OF AMERICA BY HONEST POLICY AND NOT THE CORRUPT POLICY OF WASH.,
D.C. DESIGNED TO HURT THE ECONOMY OF AMERICA.

2013 VERSION OF THE OMNI
LAW (OMNIBUS CIVIL RIGHTS ACT FOR AMERICA) Released by NIFI, P.O. Box 1465,
Seneca, SC 29679 – www.fastboomamericaneconomy.com

My report “Yes, God Exists!” can turn the tide
for Christianity if pushed by the Christians and their churches. The atheists
do not know how to answer the scientific proofs I use showing that God exists
for real and only the fool remains an atheist in the face of such overwhelming
evidence from science. The people vote too often for evil leaders for public
office because the churches failed either to win them to serious belief in God
or else failed to win their hearts from loving evil and corruption instead of
good and honesty in society.
What difference does moral values make in the American economy.
A 1987 national economic study concluded it cost the American workers a lost
income of likely $1 trillion or more in lower wages by having had prayer and
the Bible outlawed from the public schools of America. And American business
had a national market $1 trillion or more smaller in size to sell to because of
outlawing prayer and the Bible from the public schools of America. As Thomas
Jefferson when President of America pushed that the Bible and Watt’s Christian
Hymnal be the two required textbooks used in all schools of America, the
original intent of the 2nd Bill of Rights did not mean that prayer and the
Bible should be outlawed from the public schools of America. As early U.S.
Supreme Court decisions said, Bible reading and prayer were encouraged in the
schools of America under the intent of the 2nd Bill of Rights.. The intent of
the 2nd U.S. Bill  of Rights was just that no one national Christian
denomination should be made the national church of America and that Christian
church rights should not be subordinated or cancelled due to other religions
being allowed in America such as listed by the U.S. Supreme Court as Islam,
Judaism, infidelism (one without faith) meaning according to the U.S. Supreme
Court atheists and pagans in America. Our later U.S. Supreme Court lied like
all hell itself in reinterpreting the meaning of the 2nd Bill of rights into a
version not approved of by the American people who ratified the original 10
U.S. Bill of Rights.
The Omni Law is inside this report
below on page 2 of the original report below. As the old Jewish proverb says,
“It takes intelligence to serve God well.” To present copies of the
short official version of The Omni Law to elected officials or those running
for public office, common sense is you show them the potential benefits to
occur for America if the Omni Law is passed and then it will be much easier to
convince candidates for public office or those in office that they should back passage
of the Omni Law. Give them this entire report on The Omni Law which includes
the Omni Law on the original page 2 of this report you are reading now. And
then you ask them by email, phone, mailed letter, personal visit to their
offices whether they are for or against passage of the Omni Law. Political
leaders often try to evade being asked their stand if they are against the
proposed law. And their tricks to wiggle out of backing a proposed law they
oppose such as restoring prayer and the Bible to the public schools of America
is to bury it in committee and then say the con line, “We can’t get the
proposed bill out of committee so we can vote on it.” As one Congressional
aide explained to me years ago when I lived in the Wash., D.C. area, members of
Congress are full of con tricks on the public when they do not wish to pass a
certain proposed law. This was years ago when public opinion polls indicated
probably up to 90% of the public wanted prayer and the Bible restored to the
public schools of America. This aide said they would have a secret meeting of
leaders of both parties and work out a strategy so they would not restore
prayer and the Bible to the public schools, but pretend in order to fool the
public that they were trying to restore prayer and the Bible to the public
schools.  Senator “A” would be told to write up proposal one to
restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools. Senator “B” would
be told to write up proposal two to restore prayer and the Bible to the public
schools. Then leaders of both parties in secret session would give their
parties instructions how to split up the vote of both houses of Congress so
neither version one or two of restoring prayer and the Bible would be passed in
Congress. Then with pained emotional faces to make the act good before the
naive, sucker public, they would tell them that they tried their hardest, but
could not get the bill passed in Congress. This is part of the reason why I
wrote up the proposed Omni Law instead of members of Congress. I would not let
them pull their cons to pretend to vote on a bill dedicated to the civil
tribune position I wanted placed over government as a legal oversight committee
over our not that honest U.S. Congress, federal agencies, etc. who love to con
the people when the people will let them pull their dirty legal tricks on the
public. I know all the tricks of the con artists in Congress and would not
allow them to pull them on the gullible, trusting American people. And since a
few have said this Omni Law was not needed for America, James Madison who is
called the “Father of the U.S. Constitution” and “Father of the
U.S. Bill of Rights” in “The Federalist Papers” wrote that the
Roman concept of Roman civil tribunes was the most brilliant and sound concept
how to protect the legal rights of mankind and to force the government to serve
the will of the people so it serves the people instead of trying to be their
master that the human race had come up prior to the American Revolution. The
Omni Law I wrote up is just the modernized version of the ancient Roman civil
tribune concept that James Madison said was the most brilliant concept for a
government representing the people and run for, by, and of the people that the
human race had come up prior to 1776. We have a much bigger nation than ancient
Rome and so we had to modernize it to work best for the American people today.
It still has all the identical principles of the earlier Roman civil tribune
law, just modernized for our times. I played no politics like the politicians
and lawyers would have, and wrote it correctly so it served the American
people, not corrupt interests either public or hidden. Sorry corrupt elite, I
wrote it in simple, direct language that cannot be misinterpreted by corrupt
courts, etc. It says that the American people now control the national
government of America, not corrupt interests!

Americans have copies of the U.S.
Constitution massively in books, libraries, information almanacs, can be looked
up on the internet, and yet most Americans do not have the foggiest idea how
you pass proposed constitutional amendments into law as plainly outlined in the
U.S. Constitution. Have the required majority of members of Congress vote for a
proposed constitutional amendment and then it is submitted to the state
legislatures to either vote for or else refuse to ratify the proposed
constitutional amendment submitted to them by Congress. Or the state
legislatures can act before Congress does. The states vote for their version of
a constitutional amendment and with the required majority then Congress is

What a brilliant idea! Let's have a constitutional convention ran by the same party's causing the problems. Nothing can go wrong there. Just remember that once convened they can change anything they want. Bye bye bill of rights.

Calling Ron Paul an isolationist is like calling your neighbor a hermit because he doesn't come over and break your window - unknown

I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT!
Any perceived compliance with unconstitutional “laws” or orders put forth by government employees is NOT recognition of their authority; it is simply the result of carefully calculated submission to an entity exhibiting superior firepower.

1776 – Birth Of America Based Upon God And The Bible)

America was founded on Christ and the Bible in 1607, at Cape Henry, Virginia. www.wnd.com/2007/04/41327/

1776 was the birth of the antichrist nation.

As GW said, "the U.S. gov't was in no sense founded on the Christian religion."

As Christian statesman and Virginian Patrick Henry said about the CONstitution, "I smell a rat."

1776 was the birth of the antichrist nation.

What a strong statement. How do non-believers react? There are no Bible quotes to sway us. (By the way, which translation, which collection of books?) Were the Deists, Freemasons, and agnostics in the original Revolution that unwelcome? What should have been done to "purify" the cadre of thinkers contributing to the uprising? Was Thomas Paine off the list for his Reason pamphlet?

http://realitybloger.wordpress.com/2013/08/05/cracking-the-cult-of-the-constitution-part-i/

As GW said, "the U.S. gov't was in no sense founded on the Christian religion."

Correct. The nation was founded on individual liberty and freedom of conscience, which are both diametrically in contradiction with an established religion! No government based on an established religion can be considered a free republic. Nor can the oaths of its officials be trusted, since to gain power they would have to pass religious tests that could be mastered by anyone able to read.

The modern "dominionist" movement is a counter-revolutionary movement meant to take America back to the days of bloody religious wars that plagued Europe and are plaguing the middle east today. One can also see a move toward establishing the Jewish Noahide laws since the "10 commandments" are Jewish, which ever translation or collection to which one may subscribe. (You've got a wide choice of several!)

As Christian statesman and Virginian Patrick Henry said about the CONstitution, "I smell a rat."
Hold your horses. Patrick Henry was an anti-federalist who wanted to preserve the Articles of Confederation. He would have wanted religion to be left up to the states, not the federal government. From a PBS site on liberty:
CHRONICLE OF THE REVOLUTION
Patrick Henry – Inspiring Words

Patrick
Henry
Patrick Henry
The famous cry “Give me liberty or give me death!” has been attributed to Patrick Henry, as he urged fellow Virginians to arm themselves in self-defense. Whether or not he truly uttered those legendary words is disputable, but Henry’s reputation for intensely opinioned and inspired speech is impossible to deny.

When the highly controversial Stamp Act was imposed by Britain, Patrick Henry was a member of Virginia’s House of Burgesses. He proposed and defended resolutions against the Act with great panache. Carried away by the passion of his words, he began hurling insults at the British Crown, comparing the king to infamous tyrants. “Caesar had his Brutus, Charles the First his Cromwell, and George the third…” Those watching erupted with cries of treason to the Mother land, but Henry kept his convictions and managed to have all of his resolutions approved.

After the war, Henry was strongly critical of the proposed Constitution. He was a determined anti-federalist who believed in the rights of individual states, and the fact that the Constitutional Convention was being held in secret made him angry. Highly suspicious of the close-lipped proceedings, Patrick Henry proclaimed his distrust with the now-famous line, “I smell a rat!”

I smell a rat here, too. The movement to put religion back into federal government is against every principle of the British Enlightenment — the intellectual foundation on which our country's first revolution was fought.

Henry, a citizen of Virgina would have known better. The British colony required church attendance to the Church of England on penalty of fines and lockup in stocks. The British colony banned Catholics, and prohibited the meetings of Quakers. The Bible used in the colony was none other than the King James Version, heavily influenced by pro-Jewish translators.

Besides the point FA Hayek Fan makes that a Con-Con would be heavily abused by the historical forces moving against American liberty, people leading this chain letter campaign appear to be counter-revolutionaries themselves. In other words, nothing short of traitors to the original cause of freedom of conscience. Rats indeed.

Just remember that once convened they can change anything they want. Bye bye bill of rights.

The Bill of Rights hasn't any application in today's United States. Sure, political liars reference it as if it had merit, but they know it's irrelevant.

There isn't even one "so-called right" that hasn't been forfeited by the American socialists that are simply too stupid (for whatever reason) to operate outside of the commercial banking system that (LEGALLY) demands you forfeit your "rights" in order to participate in the commercial system.

You have as many rights as you're able to enforce, the CONstistupid notwithstanding.

"Resolve to serve no more,” he says, “and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break in pieces.”
