Technically this is incorrect. As American citizens, you and I are both subject to the executive branch of the federal government, its authorities as granted by the constitution and legislated by the congress. The executive branch enforces the laws (and in this case, constitutionally questionable executive orders that have not been challenged by the judiciary as of yet).

If you don't like it, you have a few choices: for one thing, you can renounce your citizenship and move somewhere else.

This is the way our system works. Either we change it, or it sits on top of us without our own choosing. With so many of us disagreeing over the justice of elections and the validity of our current laws, this can hardly be called a representational government. But it is a government and there's no denying that.

I choose not to recognize Washington. I believe them to be an illegitimate foreign occupation force operating openly since they killed President Kennedy. I have at times called them BOG for Banker Occupation Group.

You are 100% correct but I maintain that if someone comes up with a way to punish us for what we've done over the past 100 years, it may be indiscriminate. On this fourth of July, 2014, I maintain that none of us is doing enough because it hasn't changed YET.

You're doing more than I am, and better than I am, and speaking up more than I am. I'm definitely not blaming you for my own failings.
