Immigration See other Immigration Articles Title: Impeachment… Or Third Party? The Historic American Nation At The Moment Of Crisis Seemingly without warning, the crisis is at hand. House Speaker John Boehner may try to duck Sarah Palins call for President Obamas impeachment over his Childrens Crusade against American independence (Boehner disagrees with Palin on impeaching Obama, By Ed OKeefe, Washington Post, July 9 2014) but stagnation is death for the Republican Party, the conservative movement, and the historic American nation. If impeachment is taken off the table, patriots may have to paraphrase a saying from the Vietnam era we have to destroy the Republican Party, in order to save it. Palin, the unelected leader of the Tea Party nation, zeroed in on the reality that, for Obama, mass illegal immigration is his fundamental transformation of America. Its the only promise hes kept. [ExclusiveSarah Palin: Its Time to Impeach President Obama, Breitbart, July 8, 2014] But she still keeps slipping into the traditional soothing rhetoric of the Beltway Right, including politically correct clichés. (The average American workers who are victims of illegal immigrant displacement naturally include native-born and wonderful legal immigrants of all races, backgrounds, and political parties.) Ultimately, both she and the great Pat Buchanan may be making the same errorthat the historic American nation still has meaningful political representation and that the Republican Party can save it. Buchanans bitter experience with Richard Nixon obviously informs his warning that All three power centersthe bureaucracy, Congress, the Big Mediaworked in harness to bring Nixon down. No such powerful and hostile coalition exists today with Obama. Instead, he advises that the GOP should wait for next elections where they possess a winning hand. [Impeachment, a Bridge Too Far?July 7, 2014] And certainly those whose political education began more recently can remember how the Republican Congress was outmaneuvered by Bill Clinton on issues like the government shutdown, and how impeachment actually turned into a political victory for the Democrats. But, as Buchanan himself outlined in The Death of the Westand State of Emergency, the demographic transformation of this country is not just another political cycle. It represents the end of the United States of America as the political expression of the historic American nation. The Republican electoral coalition that elected Nixon and that gave Ronald Reagan his overwhelming victories no longer existsmore accurately, it is being drowned. Unless something is done within the next few years, the historic American nation will be marginalized beyond recovery in the Republic that it created. For that reason, immigration patriots are past the point where they can play it safe and hope for a Republican victory in the midterm elections. The current GOP leadership has waged a relentless if covert war against their own base since President Obamas re-election. While they are unwilling to vote for Amnesty openly, they have clearly been hoping it will pass without them getting the blame. In the current crisis, the Republicans, including leading conservatives, resemble Sherlock Holmess dog that didnt bark, remaining silent while Obama blatantly and publicly breaks the law. Boehner did not even mention immigration as part of his lame threat to sue the President for violating the Constitution. Senator Rand Pauls supposed concern about a militaristic central government doesnt apply to federal agents being sent against the citizens of Murrieta to impose policies resisted by the Mayor. Instead, Paul has been spending his time moral-preening with black Senator Cory Booker in order to make sure more criminals can receive welfare benefits. [Rand Paul, Cory Booker team up for justice, by Seung Min Kim, Politico, July 8, 2014] (This will not prevent Paul from being called a racist in 2016, but thats another story.) But while professional politicians huddle in the corner, the conservative grassroots media has exploded. Breitbart seems almost solely focused on the immigration issue. Matt Drudge has completely abandoned his former silence and all but continually runs headline stories on the border crisis. Even conservative titans like Rush Limbaugh are hammering away. (The only exception: Glenn Beck, who seems to see the entire crisis as yet another opportunity for him to display conspicuous altruism to unsuccessfully ward off charges of racism. Hell be bringing food to the borderas if these were actual refugeesjoined of course, by rabbis, pastors and various Republican politicos: We Must Open Our Hearts: Glenn Beck Announces Major Border Event in Texas, by Erica Ritz, The Blaze, July 8, 2014, Becks own websites comment section is overwhelmingly hostile. The American grassroots is furious and looking for a leader. Enter Sarah Palin, who has an uncanny ability to capture, if not personify, the conservative psychein all its futile frustration and misguided militancy. Her column was a refreshing step up from parading Big Gulps at CPAC as an example of conservative activism. She wrote, entirely correctly: Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president. His unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, no mas. Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. [ExclusiveSarah Palin: Its Time to Impeach President Obama, by Sarah Palin, Breitbart, July 8, 2014] Perhaps more importantly, she says something that is practically verboten to the Beltway Right: Whos looking out for the American worker? Despite the weaknesses noted above, this was a call by one of the historic American nations most important symbolic representatives for forceful political action (If after all this hes not impeachable, then no one is). And, as VDARE.com Editor Peter Brimelow says, it would work. Palin (and Brimelow) are right. But the Republicans probably wont do it anyway, committed as they are to doing the bidding of their donors, even at the cost of their long term destruction. And Buchanans strategy, while understandable in the context of simply winning the next election, is no longer tenable for patriots. When the Establishment Right and the federal government are on the side of the invaders, stability is our enemy. What is the next step if impeachment doesnt happen? The answer: something that Sarah Palin advanced in the recent past a Third Party. Palin has suggested this already exists de facto through good guys like Senator Ted Cruz.[Sarah Palin pushes 3rd party of good guys , by Jose DelReal, POLITICO.com, Sep 24, 2013] Bur the difference now is that stopping immigration has to be seen as the foundation upon which to build a new political force, with economic populism and attacks on the left wing cultural establishment building off that basis. This would finally connect the conservative grassroots with effective political representation at the top, and command enough attention to generate contributions and defeat the donor-driven (but unpopular) GOP Establishment. Such an effort would not be a rightwing breakaway from Conservatism Inc., but a mass party that could appeal to struggling middle and working class Americans. But is Sarah Palin capable of spearheading such an effort? Is Ted Cruz? More than likely, this is just more sound and fury. And patriots are rapidly running out of time. Barack Obama is not Electing A New Peoplehe is imposing one by coup détat. His colonization policy is indistinguishable from that of a foreign occupier. Given enough time, it will be all but irreversibleshort of the dissolution of the Republic. Palin is a pro-Israel religious zombie who stood with pro-Israel, pro-immigration Manchurian candidate McCain. No wonder we can't make effective change. None of the pro-Israel candidates are viable. None will take stands that are unpopular with the ADL.
They seem to be like the Ebola virus, a parasite so destructive that they destroy their hosts in short order. They are hostile to western civilization, and therefore our enemy. We did not choose this battle, they foisted it upon us.
Thought about it for a while and concluded impeachment proceedings could help in the long run. The Tea movement has been AstroTurfed, and Palin/Cruz aren't going to cut a third party for me.
