Dead Constitution See other Dead Constitution Articles Title: The War of Bush Against the American People - A Plea to the Masses What somehow has escaped notice is that while the President may be "Commander-in-Chief" of the Armed Forces he is NOT Commander-in-Chief of THE PEOPLE. Jackie Junti, W.G.E.N. People, there is a war going on, a war that we must not ignore any further or we are going to find we live in a military dictatorship led by such traitors as Bush the Incompetent and Deceitful. To live in a land led by a demented incompetent may be your cup of tea but it is not the America created to guarantee human rights. People make jokes, which are often based on truth. For example, "Oh, we have many freedoms of choice, like paper or plastic, rent or lease, taxes or jail, coffin or cremation." – Apathycrat You probably believe you have other freedoms, but let me make this clear. If you cannot own (control) your body, your property, or your life without government interference, you are no freer than slaves or serfs were under the rule of kings or other dictators. In fact, succumbing to one dictate from any government body suppressed your freedom, allowing government to keep infringing in other ways until there are now millions of rules people must obey or be attacked by law enforcers of non-constitutional and traitorous governments holding the power of arms and corrupt courts over the people. As the rules written by men and applied to the people through fraud and coercion, we people were pushed deeper and deeper in servitude to government, with our roles being effectively reversed. Sovereignty of the people was stolen through armed force and given to de facto government in defiance to all that America stood for at its inception. We must understand that we are human beings that are not to be under the control of the fictions we created to protect and preserve our rights. We should meet our duty of doing away with these traitors to America by any means necessary, including taking up arms against them. One of these fictions is the office of president. It is a fiction created by people to assure that other fictions, Congress and the Judicial Branches of government, could NOT interfere with the people’s rights, just as the Executive Branch is supposed to be prevented from the same by the Executive and Judicial Branches, while the Judicial Branch is prevented from interfering by both the Executive and Legislative Branches. Each branch is separate from the other two, and there must be no overlap or interference in any branch by any other branch. Their duties are clearly stated in the Constitution for the united states of America. Add to this is the fourth and highest branch of supremacy – the People – that demands that none of these branches of government may interfere with the sovereign People, their lives, their property, their families, their travels, and their multitude of rights not enumerated by the Constitution and its amendments. Bush the Demented has stated he is a born again Christian, whatever the heck that is. In regard to his stated beliefs, he has broken Commandments repeatedly, while engaging in the Seven Deadly Sins for most, if not all, of his life, so maybe if he is “reborn”, he was reborn deformed and mentally deranged. After all, he has gone so far as to say he is doing the work of God, while ignoring the word of God. George Washington, a patriot and Christian regardless of those who claim otherwise, had this to say about effective and valid righteous government. "Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible." -- George Washington (1732-1799) Founding Father, 1st US President, 'Father of the Country' This prompts me to ask – just where in the law of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence is any president given the power to rule over the people? Where is Bush’s Bible and God’s word, as he orders the murders and maiming of hundreds of thousands of people? Where is he given the authority to use the military or any other federal organization to affect the rights of the people, to order the killing of innocents with impunity? Where in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence is any power given by the people to the federal government to make law, except in exactly prescribed areas, such as the District of Columbia (Article I, Section 8, Clause 17) and territories (Article IV)? Where is Congress or the Judiciary granted the authority to give the president additional duties or authority other than that dictated by the Constitution? Well, the answer to all of these is that there is no provision that allows Congress or the Judiciary to make any rule or opinion outside the provisions of the Constitution. Therefore, the president has only the very limited duties specified by Article II of the Constitution. In general, he is nothing more than a figurehead to meet and greet foreign dignitaries, and to assure that neither Congress nor the Judiciary violates Article VI of the Constitution. He may not do away with the Common and Natural Law of the people, placing them under the plenary power of his office, the legislative, or the judiciary branches of government. He is powerless, as far as the people of the united states of America are concerned. He may, as Ms. Junti stated, be the Commander-in-Chief of the US Military but he is NOT the commander-in-chief of the people. If this nincompoop president orders any American, other than active military under US Government rule, to do anything the American can tell Bush to kiss his butt. So also is Congress powerless, as are justices, in that they may make no law, nor force or enforce any edict upon the people by their so-called “rules” and “rulings”. Rules apply only in jurisdictional areas specified by the Constitution and rulings (decisions) are just opinions, and may not have any law imposed by them or be called “the law”. In fact, to do so is a federal offense, punishable as a felony. However, the crumb Bush and the neocons that fraudulently put him in the office of president have and are using the force of arms, the corrupt Congress, and the corrupt judiciary to remove the rights of the people. No - - - “remove” is not the right term, as human rights cannot be removed, not by the legislature or by the vote or by force. Human rights are rights that are inalienable, derived from Nature and God’s Laws. The right word is “suppressed” (concealed, censored, covered up), leading to “oppression” (dominated, coercion, cruelty, tyranny, repression, subjugation, or the exact opposite of “LIBERTY”). Because the suppression is by the force of arms, we people are under attack by a land foreign to our land – the United States. Yes, again, Folks, the United States is only the District of Columbia by the Constitution, many supreme Court opinions, federal statutes, state statutes, and American Jurisprudence. We people are the American people of the united states of America, as far as law and the authority to rule (or not rule) are concerned. In other words, the United States has plenary power over the District of Columbia, territories, and bona fide federal enclaves, but has NO authority over the states of America united, or (which is) the people making up the states. The people are the sovereignty, and as such, outside the rules made by local and state governments. Bush and company are striving to destroy this, and to destroy all human rights – except theirs – with we people being nothing but slaves to the elite scumbags now pulling the strings of those in government. Are members of Congress – those people you believe represent you and your rights – so lacking in understanding of the English language that they cannot understand separation of powers and the fact that a president has no powers to speak of, that every act can only be lawful if it is written and enforced within the limits of the Constitution? Furthermore, acts by the president must obtain congressional approval but this does NOT mean congress can grant a president power the constitution does not give it or him. Are we a land led by nincompoops and the treasonous, or are we a land led by Law established by six millennia of human growth, the Magna Charta, the unanimous Declaration of Independence, the Natural Law and God's law, and the severe - that is - SEVERE - limitations place on government by the Constitution for the united states of America, with elected/appointed servants to the people defending with their minds and lives, if necessary, every human right held as inalienable? It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other."-- John Adams (1735-1826) Founding Father, 2nd US President. Here is once again cause to believe that deceitful Bush has no idea of Christian values, or the word of the God he professes to believe in. His intent based on his actions is to establish himself as a criminal dictator, ruling unlawfully and against God’s Laws over the people. This is in essence his intent to establish himself as the God of our creation, denying our people the rights given by Nature’s God. Cheney, his right hand man or maybe one of his bosses, has asserted that the President "as Commander-in-Chief" has the right to do whatever he wants to do in directing his self-declared "War on Terror", even if it means shredding the Bill of Rights and throwing it into the trash. Well, Folks, the Bill of Rights is based on Natural Rights derived from the word of God. Or, if you prefer, the rights are derived from Nature. Each of us is equal in sovereignty to the other, and to all. Therefore, no men may rule over other men, so as to maintain equality. Why cannot people understand that rights may not therefore be voted away by a mere majority or 99.9999 percent of the people, or legislated away if all are equal and equality is maintained, or done away with by a madman in the white house? Bush has assumed power over people – he believes – that no man has the power to assume or presume, whether by the vote or legislatively or through the force of arms. In other words, he is not a divine entity – he in his official capacity is nothing but a legal fiction of our imaginations. As such, he has no more authority than that granted by the Constitution for the united states of America, and it makes no difference whether the elite have manufactured another war for fun and profit or not. Thus, bush, the creepy tyrant, has no authority other than to help protect our shores, with we people being responsible within the states for our own safety and security. It is not up to the standing army known as “law enforcers” – it is our responsibility and, I might add, our duty. This also extends to defying “law enforcers” that commit treason daily and doing away with them, should they interfere with our rights. And what of your life? Is it in the authority of any government to control your life? If you would read and study law and statutes, you would find just as the writer has that your life is not government’s to administer, command, control, oppress, decree, dictate, direct, dominate, govern, lead, manage, order, overrule, regulate, reign, restrain, run, sway, or take over. It is factually said that government may only rule over those artificial entities created by government and by the people, which, of course, the latter includes the government itself. Bush, Cheney, the whole of the Bush administration, Congress, congressional aids, justices and those attorneys helping them enforce rules that are not laws on the people, and so on in government, are ignorant or contemptuous of Law, and rely only on the use of corrupt, invalid systems of injustice and terrorism – those damnable de facto “laws” and processes – against the people. National security does not protect the people, but protects the elite in government against the people becoming knowledgeable of the thousands of crimes being committed by those in the federal government’s dozens, if not hundreds of agencies, departments, commissions, and so on. Cheney, the Arrogant Fool, has said he believes the American people support President Bush's terror-fighting strategy. How is bombing the crap out of innocents a strategy? Maybe this idiot should get out here and talk directly to the people without the event being staged, as all events by the federal government and Bush in the past five years have been. Yeah, Cheney, get out here and face we people that are fed up with your lies and arrogance. He has said, [If there's a backlash pending because of reports of National Security Agency surveillance of calls originating within the United States] "I think the backlash is going to be against those who are suggesting somehow that we shouldn't take these steps to defend the country." Well, Cheney, the steps that have been taken have NOT defended the united states of America, but have been taken to increase yours and the administration’s profits through illegal and immoral attacks on innocent people in three countries so far – Afghanistan and Iraq - - - and the land known as America. The steps have created hundreds of thousands of enemies that did not exist prior to the federal government’s conspired attacks on WTC and the Pentagon, and on the unconstitutional and illegal attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq. Hundreds of thousands more will be created as the federal government’s slaughter of innocents continues unabated, whether abroad or domestically, and it will certainly increase if another attack by the US Government occurs against the American people. Additionally, the measures taken have been to oppress the American people, and their rights, with scum like cheney, bush, all the neocons, the traitors in Congress and alleged-to-be-courts placing and protecting plenary control by the traitors over the people. Thus, this writer believes the backlash the people in government will NOT expect is going to be against US Government Corporation’s acts of treason, terrorism, murder, theft, racketeering, and conspiracy, to name a few, or, in other words, as traitors to America. The whole stinking bunch of them – including at the top of the list, Bush and Cheney –will go down in history as the most vile of all profiteering criminals that the Earth and the American people have ever had the misfortune of supporting. The members of the current Congress are in reality a bunch of traitorous dipshits, excepting maybe Ron Paul, that do not know what they are doing to America and their own families, now and in the future. By supporting Bush the Demented, Incompetent, and Ignorant’s declaration that spying on Americans would continue so long as he remained president, Bush has assured his defiance of the laws of God, laws passed by Congress, and his defiance of the sever limitations by the Constitution of the office of president will continue. His actions clearly show the intent of establishing a presidential dictatorship, which will be a military dictatorship, with no need for a powerless congress or judiciary. Once established, it will be very hard to rid this land of this evil being or entity known as “president”, whether it is bush or some other demented human, and probably impossible without a long and bloody civil war overthrowing the corrupt in government. At any rate, bush’s actions and statement, along with cheney’s, essentially means that both the Congress and Judiciary are out of the loop, that Bush the Traitor and Dictator will make into law by force of arms any act that he wishes, including using fraudulent “war powers” to cause Congress and the Judiciary Branch to be voided, or their members jailed or executed should they disagree with Bush the Tyrannical Incompetent. Another indication of bush’s intent to destroy the sovereignty of America – his war against America – is that our borders are still wide open, especially the southern border between America and Mexico. Thousands enter illegally everyday, with thousands more engaging by definition in terrorism during and after they enter illegally. Those entering are not illegal immigrants, as an immigrant applies for and gets the proper authorization to enter before doing so. These people are illegal aliens that have no rights to be protected. They are invaders that could lawfully be shot for trespassing on our land, as the intent is to usurp the rights of Americans, which is to overthrow America. In fact, the rules for immigration and punishments for entering illegally and against those hiring these illegal invaders are quite clear. Punishment is to be quick and sure, but bush and the federal government now ignore the statutes and law, with many state government entities and businesses doing the same. Thus, terrorism is not being defended against but encouraged with the security of America virtually destroyed by bush and company, a traitorous gang of thieves and miscreants if there ever was one. Bush and company lied us into mass murder through acts of terrorism, as the attacks were not made through declared wars based on imminent or existing attacks on America, but instead on falsehoods meant to increase the control and profits of corporations funding the bush/cheney appointment to the head of the federal government. Of course, the expanded control and profits included corporations to which both bush and cheney hold immense shares in. This dynamic duo of the damned evildoers is also ignoring by definition the terrorism of businesses on American soil hiring illegal aliens. Remember, any act against federal and state statutes is an act of terrorism and, if ignored, those ignoring are part of a conspiracy to create terrorism on American soil, and are complicit in the use terrorism against the American people. Speaking of crime, I suspect that 99 percent of the American people fined and/or jailed are innocent of any crime as no other man or woman has been intentionally damaged, that crime has only increased by government interference in our lives through the use of armed and dangerous law enforcers, and corrupt state-created courts not of the people, by the people, or for the people. So-called “laws” are not law but are rules for corporations and other state-created entities. They do not apply to the people except through fraud and force, as alluded to above. The bush/cheney administration, along with the other entities listed above, support the fraud and force used against the American people at all levels. Ayn Rand wrote ~ "There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. When there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws." Thus, the “war” Bush is engaged in, along with all those in his crime cartel, including Congress and the justices of the District of Columbia’s court – the United States Supreme Court – hundreds of major corporations, the banking cartel, and other traitorous entities, is not a war against terrorism, but a war to use terrorism and manufactured “crimes” to gain control over all people and the resources of the Earth for their own evil pursuits. Bush’s apparent intent to all except the blind and stupid is to destroy America, not to defend her or establish security for her people. For Pete’s sake, People, read the draconian so-called “laws” that are being enforced by unlawful and unconstitutional law enforcers. Read everything you can about the damnable FEMA, and the equally evil (anti) Patriot acts. You might even consider studying the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution for the united states of America, the Bill of Rights, and your state’s constitution. Or, if you get really desperate for truth, try the Ten Commandments and the philosophies supported by them, and the writings of our founders. While you read and hopefully study, remember that America does not exist except under the Law established by Natural Law of our Creator and the reflection of those laws in the Declaration of Independence and the other written documents listed above. Said another way, America can only be the land that assures that every man, woman, and child can do as they wish so long as they do not interfere intentionally in the rights of other people. If every right of every man or woman is not protected, then our land is not America. With this in mind, the writer maintains that the Bush Cartel and the elite’s cartel that controls the Bush Cartel have no intention of preserving America, or of establishing people living free of government control all over the Earth, including Iraq. Prove this wrong, Bushitas, and you foolish people that believe government is benevolent and concerned about you. Since lies cannot be proved by facts, then each of us must as Americans work to get Bush the Demented out of the white house and in prison where he belongs for war and humanitarian crimes against the innocent people of Afghanistan and Iraq, and America. In fact, work to get every government entity that allowed Bush’s attacks against innocents where they belong – in the worst prisons imaginable, those where the US now tortures inmates allegedly striving for the truth. This includes un-elected, unconstitutional, crime-committing law enforcers contracted by government to act as storm troopers or the Gestapo, as they violate every premise and Law this land was founded on, and the very statutes that are meant to control them and the governments they work for as agents for revenue. Then, let the fools allowing torture to say that the methods being used against prisoners are not torture or are perfectly okay to use so long as the truth is reached. My fellow Americans, I implore you to have the courage to face the truth, that we have become the terrorists the world fears, not those unprotected innocents in Iraq and other lands. It is we who are destroying all human freedom and humanity. The United States is the pivotal point of the Axis of Evil the world fears. This evil government that has been allowed to rise to unconstitutional power through our complacency, laziness, and ignorance is the government that runs rampant over human rights, aided by the balance of the Axis, England and Zionist Israel’s governments. You know, if one has a mad dog, it is our responsibility to kill it or have it killed. The US Government Corporation headed by bush is much the same as a mad dog. As such, it is our responsibility to dissolve the demented Bush administration, relieving all people of the threat, both abroad and domestically. If we do not meet our responsibility, thereby losing the war Bush has initiated or perpetuated against the American people, America, and the sovereignty of all nations, the land of the free will be lost for decades, possibly centuries. Human freedom will be lost until people with courage once again are willing to die, crying out “give me liberty or give me death”, giving no quarter as they fight against the crazed tyrants exemplified by the Bush administration. I surely pray that my soul that longs for liberty and the destruction of corrupt government will come back to be in the fight for human freedom and dignity.
