Title: John McCain’s New Pro-Invasion Bill Spends $100 MILLION, Does Nothing More than Make it a Federal Crime to Block DHS Buses, Opens Up Processing Centers in Foreign Nations and Provides Refugee Status for Illegal Aliens

The level of U.S. government involvement in the invasion plaguing the Republic is staggering. Once we scratch beyond the mainstream media’s shallow surface we find layers upon layers of treason. And even with the layers of treason and direct fault at the foot of the government, Congress does absolutely nothing to address it or represent the will of the people.

Unfortunately, thanks to John McCain and Jeff Flake, it’s all about to get much worse. The two are about to begin heavily pushing a disastrous $100,000,000 bill that not only does nothing to secure the border, but actually makes it easier for more illegal aliens to flood the nation.

The key parts of the “CREST ACT,” or ‘‘Children Returning an Expedited and Safe Timeline Act’’ – from our analysis of the bill – call for the following. (HUGE THANKS TO THE TEAM AT GUERILLA MEDIA NETWORK FOR THE HEAVY LIFTING)

1) Spends $100,000,000.

2) Asserts acts that are already illegal are now illegal.

3) Makes it a federal crime to tell someone where a DHS, HHS or Border Patrol bus carrying illegal aliens is spotted, coming from or headed.

4) Makes it a federal crime to prohibit a DHS, HHS or Border Patrol bus from moving from point A to point B.

5) Does absolutely nothing to secure the border and stop the invasion in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. These southern borders will remain wide open and the bill doesn’t address this.

6) Creates a communication channel between HHS and states about newly recommended facilities for housing illegal aliens.

7) Opens up U.S. facilities in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador for the purpose of processing illegal aliens on foreign soil.

8) Calls for 15,000 “refugees” from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador to be processed on foreign soil and transported into the U.S. this year alone.

This is just mind-numbing. Barack Obama doesn’t even need to abuse his executive powers. John McCain and Jeff Flake are doing all of his dirty work for him.

The leaders you mentioned, mc stain, flakey, obummer should all be securely locked up, then prosecuted for treason as is delineated in the article..

They really don't deserve that respect.

I'd eliminate the 'locked up' and 'persecuted' part entirely.

I'd dump them in a steel cage with an ISIS animal armed with a new sword.

Hey, that punishment would violate the cruel and unusual punishment clause in the 8th amendment. Ironic since they've violated so much of the rest of the constitution themselves.

Yep, it's hard for them (and congress) to violate something (the constitution) that exists in name only.

TV, movies, and printed media matter, yes. But let's not forget the educational establishment. What the poor, working man thinks hardly matters when his kids volunteer to go off to war out of financial desperation or Hollywood-inflamed "patriotism."

It's the professional class that makes the decisions, and they feed those decisions to the lawmakers. On the judiciary side, it's the judges including the supreme court vetting or rejecting laws largely written by the other professional class members.

Our educational system has sought for 100 years to utterly destroy the principles of the British Enlightenment, why Cynicom's g-g-g-grandfather went to war: for real liberty, for his own country, for his own people.

I have no idea why our Remanent is capable of seeing thru this smoke, but we can.

The answer for many of us: Ewe Gno Hoo (EGH) got to something we cared about. The pattern becomes obvious once we unraveled the answers for that one issue. Quickly, several more "big issues" become obvious after that. It's not like EGH is the only problem. But once one of these near and dear questions comes clear, "we" are already beyond patience.

In the movie Pulp Fiction there's an argument between two gangsters. One of them says something to the effect of "You're angry? I'm a mushroom cloud laying son of a gun!"

That's The Remnant. That's us. The obstacle might be a mixture of several things. We'd take them on one at a time, or all at once. The problem is none of us is mad. We're angry but not mad. And so we wonder: why hasn't everyone who waves the flag or worries about real liberty started noticing? The answer seems to be EGH's desensitization efforts.

Footnote: EGH could be thought of as the Illuminati, Lizards from Space, Marxist-Leninists, Trotskyists, genetically-modified hamsters, or UFOs with tall greys.

3) Makes it a federal crime to tell someone where a DHS, HHS or Border Patrol bus carrying illegal aliens is spotted, coming from or headed.
4) Makes it a federal crime to prohibit a DHS, HHS or Border Patrol bus from moving from point A to point B.

From www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/s2619/text I don't get these two impacts, except maybe for item four with "556. Unlawfully hindering immigration, border, or customs controls." My survey was far from thorough.

However, I find these potentially worse issues:

  1. Illegal "spotting" is banned. Very vague.
  2. Possession of firearms while involved in "smuggling" comes with special penalties.
  3. Provisions for additional "intelligence" gathering.
Now thinking this through from the perspective of a Minute Man Militia Volunteer: we know the US government and the states are not going to do their jobs because they've been thrown an extra pittance (most of which or in fact much more than allotted) will be spent on the additional 15,000 Mestizos allowed.

There may be men who are brave enough to go to the borders with their muskets to stop the invasion on their own. Heroes or cyphers, we don't yet know, but they will be apt to encounter illegal entrants also known as "wetbacks." When they do, they will be apt to direct them to return to the other side of the border. To do this, they would need to "spot" for illegal activity.

In order to have some modicum of safety, these said cyphers or heroes will want more than the Minute Man Musket. They will be apt to carry walking sticks, binoculars, radios, and even the occasional sidearm or long gun. Could they be caught up in sweeps intended to capture "armed smugglers?"

Could their binoculars paint them as "spotters" for smuggling?

If they are caught "sending" illegals back across the borders, is that "smuggling" itself?

And what kind of fresh intelligence do we need to gather in order to stem the tide of Mestizos?

It seems that guarding the borders with an assortment of our military forces and electronic surveillance gear would be appropriate. After all, we can tell what Ukrainian rebels say to their Russian handlers... But what are we really talking about here? I think the government hates competition. It is jealous of its duty to protect and serve. The said cyphers or heroes will be seen as a "threat" for "interdicting" in any number of ways. The Minute Man is the real target of this additional intelligence gathering.

If anyone has the patience to mine this treasonous legislation for clearer understanding be my guest. It's written by snakes, for snakes, with venomous intent... towards the Minute Man.

The same shadow govt that announced the end of the American experiment in self govt (and named an agency Homeland Security for those who are slow on the uptake) is with malice aforethought flooding the nation with enemy soldiers, activists and saboteurs in order to win the final struggle without actually shooting at armed combatants. (They prefer to shoot sleeping citizens in their homes under cover of darkness)

The more tenderized-by-tyranny aliens that swim the moat the more it dilutes the potential resistance to mandatory vaccinations, implants, confiscations, currency adjustments, etc., from Americans who still believe in the dream. ("....because you have to be asleep to believe it!"_G.Carlin)

How do they plot such assaults on our national life? I cannot be by means of telegraphy. There has to be an active intelligence (I use the term loosely) at work here. Our problem is that we can't get a handle on our enemy. We can only throw bricks at those who carry out their orders: the Schumers, Holders, Soetros, etc.

Reckon if someone could "stock" the Rio Grande with some of those big alligators Troy Landry is always out to "choot" it might solve some of the problem? Only other deterrents I can think of is a double fence topped with razor wire, a "no mans land" between the two fences, and armed guards in towers. Pretty sure that would fix most of the problem.
