Articulate. Gist of argument: black on black crime goes unmet by community outrage. Someone comes in from the outside and harms one of the community (for any reason) and the outrage is physically directed against black-owned/staffed businesses serving the black community, and black community infrastructure. Big mistake he says. Need to work on black/black crime by changing themselves.

The comment section is filling up with some predictable and not so predictable opinions.

80 people were shot; 16 killed in Chicago over 4th of July weekend.The violence took place in Southside Chicago neighborhoods. Rahm Emmanuel's reaction was that it was the guns' fault, not the shooters. There you go. PC brain dead pols like Emmanuel give Blacks a pass. If it's not the guns' fault, it's poverty's fault, or prejudice's fault, or sugary food's fault. And on on it goes. More excuses.

The gentleman in the video has a clue, but his voice is heard on youtube by a small audience, while excuse makers like Emmanuel, Sharpton, Holder, Bloomberg are heard US wide on MSM.
