I used to hate rain, it meant I had to mow more often. I tried to keep ahead of the curve, laying down the 5K sqft bag of crabgrass arrestor, to no avail this year. To make matters worse, a freak that bought the house next door ten years ago went psycho and of his own volition planted hummingbird/trumpet vine. Then moved, of course. There is nothing that can kill this crap, and soon it will be boring into my concrete slab foundation. I've spent hundreds of hours, plus hundreds of of dollar5s this summer trying to kill this shit, to no avail. The expert websites suggest soaking each shoot in a cup of vinegar, but there are hundreds of of them, I doubt my boss would let me take time off for that. Anyonone know how to kill a hummingbird (vine)?

Move to OK - leave the vine to the new owners.

One major hint, when you list, put your price "Net to Seller" in the contract. Get out of the property what you want, have buyer pay all the bullshit fees, etc.

Out west one seldom hears about the Mason-Dixon line. Out east the closer you get to it the more liberal prejudice there is toward those who live even close to it. I call it the nearline arrogance.
