1/4 cup egg white

Directions:
Combine the cottage cheese, egg whites, and protein powder in a bowl. Blend with a hand-held blender for best results.
Pour the batter into a pan; cook each side approximately 2 mins.

I make Buckwheat and Oat Bran pancakes with ground Flax seed. Good stuff any way you look at it.
Just combine one cup of buckwheat flour and a half cup of Oat Bran with a half cup of ground Flax seed. Mix in water so it is smooth and scoop out ladles onto hot griddle. This makes three pancakes. Double the mix if you need to feed two. ;)
